Bat and ball and the cricket match has started

The spirit of the sport is with the aim of a bowler delivering the ball from his end of the pitch towards the batsman who is armed with a bat is "on strike" at the other end.
The game Cricket has a high team spirit and the match is played between two teams where each team has eleven players.

It was originated from England, and slowly it was admired mostly in the countries of the Commonwealth. It is far most popular game in the countries of South Asia.

The history began from the 16th century and slowly spreading its wings to other parts of the country and then the international game started to be played since 1844 and test series begun to be played since 1877. And now the game is played all the over the world with lot of entertainment and fun.

Many rules and regulations are followed and the equipments which come into the contact when match is played are very important to be worn out by the players in the field. A single delivery of ball can change the picture of the match or a single shot can change the whole game. It requires lot of concentration from the players and from the viewers too.
Two main accessories which come into the contact in the pitch are bat and the ball. Bat which is generally made out of the wood usually it is made out of white willow. The handle’s edge is curved like the shape of blade and then at top it runs in cylindrical shape. The thickness of the blade should not be more than 4.25 inches (108mm). And the total measurement of the bat lengthwise should not be more than 38 inches (970mm).


As the game is not only played by the national and international players the game is also played in every street and every ground by local people and residents. Cricket the game which is mostly played by the boys it also lot of fans all over the world including girls.

Bats are curved out for various age players and depending on the height too. Standard height and the age group are taken into the consideration for the design of the bat. The handle which ends with the V-shape gives the overall strength to the bat and players should feel comfort during the play. The flat side of the bat is used for playing (i.e.) it has to face the each and every ball delivered by the bowler.

The bat should be strong enough to face each delivery of the ball which is different each and every time. As each bowler’s delivery style is not going to be same, the batsmen should be able to with stand any style of bowling and capable of hitting shots or stroke. The handle is covered with the help of rubber giving more grip and support to the batsmen. Cricket is game which unites the country and it is mostly praised as a religion by many fans.
