'Cars 2' Speculation, 'Footloose' 2.0, And 'Planet Of The Apes' In Today's Twitter Report

Ever since "WALL·E" ended, the doors have been left wide open for serious, dark explanations behind the stories in Pixar films. A handful of Marvel creators speculated about the truth behind the "Cars" universe this morning, including how the automobiles reproduce and how their world came to be what it is as it exists now in "Cars 2."

Another follow-up film has been attracting stares on Twitter as well. The "Footloose" remake has an official trailer, and even Kevin Bacon may not be enough to get Marjorie Liu to see it.
